Let's talk turkey here. Customer service is the lifeline of of any business and from my experience with PES, the people there are alive and healthy. The businesses of the Fortune 500 should take note of their playbook and maybe we would not be in the economic mess we experience now.
I had an issue and was met with understanding and full cooperation not once but twice. To all who read this, PES stands fully behind their product and, from my experience, strive to meet the high standards they have established for themselves. What you read on this site is not hyperbolic in nature but what will happen. Trust in the business world is often not the case; with PES trust is their bottom line. Postum Scriptorium: I see the parcel is in transit with UPS and on its way. My package will be in today's post. Damn, you are all good! |

I have to agree with mike, their customer service is very good, one of the best in the industry.
Just curious why you didnt call customer service back and find out what happened ? |
