Any advice/experience on which corona configuration to get? Plain, with focus beads or the one that goes in the urethea?

Unless you are into urethral stimulation already, your choice would typically be between the Basic Corona and the Corona with Focusing Pods. I typically recommend the Basic for beginners unless you have more experience since the Pods can bite you a bit.
