Q: I live in the UK. Do I have to pay customs when I receive my shipment?

A: Most likely, yes. We have no control over customs when shipping to any international location.

Q: Can I order any of your products for international shipping?

A: At this time the majority of our products have had no problems going into most countries. We do try to give as non-descript a summary of the contained products as possible. We expect you to know whether it is legal for you to order a product before we ship it to you, so please check your local laws before ordering. The only products we cannot ship outside the US at this time are the videos.

Just a quick note to fellow customers (or potential customers):

Having had a 3 lbs. box from PES sent to me in Canada (powerbox and accoutrements including an anal plug), I am happy to report that there were NO PROBLEMS with Canada Customs whatsoever.

Hope this puts any Canadians' concerns to rest.

Best regards.

I wanted to add an additional note. For Canadian customers, it is better to either choose the USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery options or pay the higher costs for UPS Worldwide Express or Expedited then to choose Canada Standard. Customs seems to be a lot more expensive when you choose Canada Standard.

Later!
