Q: How do you ship? Is it discreet?

A: We ship via UPS for all domestic & international shipments.

Our product is shipped in plain packaging using “PES, Inc.” as the shipper in the return address.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes via UPS. Please try to be sure to give us a physical street address for UPS delivery to ensure timely delivery of your product. In the US, UPS ships Ground (5 to 7 business days), 2nd Day Air (2 business days), or Next Day Air (Next Business Day) and you can choose which option you would prefer when checking out.

All International Shipments are shipped via UPS to make tracking easier for both you and ourselves. We have had a number of problems with over-seas shipments via Postal Service and at this time, to ensure you actually receive your package, we are only shipping via UPS.

Keep in mind, we try to fill orders within 24 business hours of placement but our official order fulfillment time is within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for all forms of delivery depending upon product availability. While orders that request express shipping options have priority in packaging, the express shipping options only apply to how many business days the order takes to arrive once it has been shipped not to when it is actually shipped out. For example, a Next Day order placed on Friday may not ship until Monday but will arrive on the next business day from date of shipping, which would be Tuesday. Please be sure to provide us with a valid email or telephone number in the event we need to contact you regarding your order.

Q: What if my order is a Next Day Air package and is shipped out on the day before a holiday, will it be delivered on the Next Day?

A: Please note that when counting days for delivery, only count business days. So if a package is shipped Next Day Air (NDA) and gets picked up the day before a holiday, it will not be delivered until the next business day. So if the holiday is a Thursday, the package will be delivered on the Friday if it was picked up on Wednesday. For Second Day Air (2nd DA), a package picked up on a Wednesday right before a Thursday holiday would be delivered on the Monday following.

Q: Is my signature required when a package is shipped to me?

A: We do ship the products with signature required for UPS shipments in order to prove delivery of the product in the event there are issues with shipment. If you want an order shipped without signature required, you must request this in the 'special instructions' box on the shopping cart. Otherwise, all packages will be shipped with 'signature required'.

Do you ship to China? The custom is quite strict in China, I recently moved to Shanghai, am looking at expanding my collection of toys and building a dungeon.

We ship to Japan all the time since we have a retailer in Japan. I know we have shipped to customers in Asia.

Right off the top of my head, I do not recall if we have shipped directly to mainland China or not.

Please email me at PES Customer Service (pesquestions@peselectro.com) and I will do research into whether we can ship to China or not.

Tell me, please, have you ever sent your products to Russia? Were there any problems with shipping?

We have shipped to Russia. We typically have to manually process your order by having you fax us the order. We ship via UPS due to tracking issues with postal. We have not had any problems shipping there other than lost packages.

I do not know that we've ever shipped to the UAE. We are willing to try. We usually ship via UPS.

Shipping to Europe via UPS is not inexpensive. If you are concerned, please be aware that you can contact us for lower shipping rates via email.

Like other posters I too wanted to place an order for a Corona - a bargain at $79.95 but then when I got to the checkout and saw the cheapest carriage to the UK was $141.49 I didn't complete.

I then went in search of something closer to home. Fettered Pleasures show all the PES products but not one is in stock on their excellent website. Regulations and Wycked Wench don't seem to be online any more - or at least I couldn't find them...

I then found Estim in Holland with a very reasonable 7.14 euros carriage to the UK. But the Corona is priced at 99.90 euros which is $138!

Surely there must be cheaper ways of shipping smaller items like the Corona?

Malcolm,

For the people in Europe, when they order product from us to retail, they have to pay the carriage and whatever assorted taxes the local gov't assesses. This does play into what they charge for the goods, but then it saves you money in the long run as you don't have to pay for shipping from the US or deal with customs and duties. We can ship via post for less than the UPS fees but it would still run around $40 to $60 as we don't just use basic post because it can't be tracked as easily should it be lost.

I hope this helps.
