So I got a kit for the first time. I used the prostate electrode with the corona electrode and was lucky enough to get a HFO after about 20 minutes. I really felt the corona tingle but didn't feel the prostate..obviously I hooked it up ok or there wouldn't have been a connection. Am I missing something? Or does just one or the other let you feel the surge?

Three factors affect the stimulation that YOU feel: 1) number of nerve endings per square centimeter, 2) current (milliamperes per square centimeter), and 3) voltage (driving the current flow). The corona is loaded with nerve endings compared to other parts of genital/gender system. Internal body parts and nerves mostly sense, and transmit, only pressure (that's why intestinal gas is so uncomfortable). Even digestive/urinary tract burns from electrocautery are not detectable/noticable.

Main function of secondary electrode (relative to corona electrode) regardless of where you place is to obtain the optimum current flow path for good stimulation.

Several factors affect stimulation sensation: 1) Density of nerve endings, the corona is quite rich in them, 2) current density, the more current, the more stimulation per unit of area, 3) proximity of electrodes to each other, and 4) voltage, more voltage yields higher current.

The prostate doesn't have a lot of nerve endings but it is in a good path for electrical conduction and eventually will play role in the ejaculation process late in the stimulation process. The muscular walls aid in introducing prostatic fluid into the semenal fluid from the semen glands.

Since my prostate is quite non-functional from radiation therapy (PCa), not much happens -- that I can tell or detect.
