Inner Diameter

**single pole, 5/8" width in either 1 1/4", 1 1/2" or 1 5/8" inner diameter

How do I know which one to get? Should I be measuring something?

The inner diameter is what you need to measure. Measure your penis while erect anywhere you wish to be able to place the penile ring. This is anywhere along the shaft in front of the scrotum. The measurement you get needs to then be divided by 3.14. This will give you the inner diameter.

You want the ring to be snug but not too snug.
