Anna- thank you for helping get these photos posted. I have had the PES toys for about two months now. I have learned a lot about my body and the varying responses to the EES. It is so important to be relaxed, yet focused on how your body responds to EES. Sometimes you can get caught up with all of the possible adjustments/configurations and get distracted from the actual effect they provide. This is just part of the learning curve since everyone is different. The PES web site provides good basic information to get started and you can experiment from there.

It does take some time and practice to figure out what the different configurations can deliver. Your tag line, less is better than more is so accurate.

I have found that a simple configuration of a mid ring at the glans and another mid ring at or just above the base can provide very pleasant effects. The balance between the two electrodes is perfect and allows for mild to intense stimulation. Even though I can usually have a HFO quite quickly with this configuration, I prefer to try to keep myself on the edge, maintaining as intense a stimulation as I can stand for as long as possible. Sometimes I succeed, and sometime I fail ! That's part of the fun- learning different techniques and how your body responds.

With resources such as the PES web site, the information in the forum and your words of encouragement, I believe anyone can add a fun and new dimension to their sexuality.

I am just getting into this,more as a voyeur and wannabe than anything else. I have used sounds with a vibe and also the acrylic stand-alone prostate stimulators but still thinking that I want a deeper and more intense but prolonged experience.
I was wondering if you could describe how the ESS orgasm differs from the typical, is it hands-off for you, how soon are you ready for a second or third orgasm and what are those like.

I specifically like the fact that the PES products allow me to have extended periods of on the "edge" stimulation. After a lot of experimentation, I can now control the frequency and pulse settings on the powerbox to allow for 45 minutes to an hour of constant stimulation, at lower power settings, keeping me on the edge of orgasm. This was my goal with wanting to try the products. The feelings I can maintain vary from a buzzing to a throbbing sensation depending on the settings I use. I have heard people compare EES to that of an "internal vibrator". That is a pretty close description.
Since I go for a prolonged period or stim, I am usually pretty exhaused after a session. It must be that and my libido, because I usually do not play again for a day or so after. Hope this helps. The PES website is a great place to begin to learn about EES. I have found that you really need to be relaxed and not rushed. It is almost as though your body fines tunes itself to the effects of the various electrodes. Give it some time, don't get discouraged and you should have fun. Start simple, less is better than more when it comes to EES.
