So I bought the stim box and the sparkler, corona stimulator and the two sticky patches from one of your distributors. The only item I can get to work is the two sticky patches.

I found this website because of the labeling on the stim box and ordered two scrotum electrodes. I'm still not getting any feeling what so every from the scrotum electrodes. I have the red/black wires plugged in "A" with the red lead attached to the electrode and the black to nothing. I've switched up from "A" to "B" and red to black and then green to yellow and of all five electrodes the only one that works are the sticky patches. Can someone lead me to a diagram or pictures of how to connect everything? I know I'm doing something wrong but not sure what?

Okay, so if I am understanding you, you have only the red half of the red/black leads hooked up to the electrodes? That would be the issue.

You have to have a complete circuit. All of the electrodes you purchased are single pole electrodes so in order for any of them work, they have to be paired, just like the TENS pads. So you need to connect the red half of the leads to the corona or sparkler and the black half to the scrotum electrode. Make sure you are using lots of lube, especially on the scrotum electrode. Then plug the red/black leads into the power box on channel A. With a complete circuit you should feel something. If you can feel the TENS pads, then the box is fine. You simply need to set up a complete circuit with the electrodes you do have.

The electrodes and Power Box should all have come with instructions. The Electrodes have instructions on each of their configuration pages if you did not receive any. You should also have received a booklet with the Power Box. I would recommend reading it thoroughly in order to understand how to run the box and some of the ways you can connect the electrodes. If the distributor did not send you the instructions for some reason, please email me at our customer service email address so I can mail you the booklet.

One set of leads is one circuit. Simply remember that and it will make things a lot simpler.

I hope this has helped! Good luck with your new toys!! :)

Later!
