I've been doing some researching on electro stimulation and have yet had the priviliage to try it out, but one thing is bothering me. Of the reports I have read from medical institutes and doctors, everything I read says "Electroejaculation must be performed under general anesthesia in all patients who have abdominal and perirectal sensation."

Now, I am assuming the electro stimulation devices sold here are the same (well, same concept) as what a doctor would use. What I don't understand is why they say one would need to be under general anesthesia?

I actually think that the electro stimulation that doctors perform is more along the lines of forcible ejaculation. I do not think that they use the same methods as those employed in erotic electro stimulation. After all, a doctor would be doing this for medical reasons, not for sexual pleasure.

I have heard that the methods they use are fairly painful, thus the reason for anethesia.

Please note that we do not make medical claims with our products. Also, if you are feeling pain when you are using the products, you most likely are not doing something correctly. You may not have enough lubricant, bad contact, etc... All issues that need to be adjusted in order to enjoy the sensations offered by erotic electro stimulation.

I hope this makes sense.

Yes Anna, you are correct, electro ejaculation is performed mainly on wild and domesticated animals, that would react in a negative way to an electro probe being inserted into their rectal canal, thus sedation is necessary! In humans, primarily men with spinal injuries, that is to say without nerve sensations, electro ejaculation is used to collect a semen sample for insemination of a spouse, for procreation. In men with nerve sensation, electro ejaculation must be performed under sedation, due to the powerful muscle contractions, caused by this method.

Ok, I just didn't know that the muscle contractions could be THAT powerful, hehe.

Vets who do this on horses, tell me that they have to have some skill as when to turn on and off (rythmicly?)to cause an ejaculation. Yes, the contractions can cause injuries to user(getting hit by a flailing leg etc or the beast breaking a limb). Finally, while i have no first hand experince, i would expect that it would feel like using your Pes electrodes plugged into the outlet!
