Q: What type of warranty does your product have? What is your return policy?
A: PES products carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor, with receipt. Power Boxes, only, may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee, if dissatisfied. Due to their personal nature, all other PES products are non-returnable, this includes videos.
