Well my stimming times also very depending on ho how long it's been since I had my last orgasm. Getting older sucks. I'm 45 & it takes a little longer to regenerate. I have been stimming now for about 2 & 1/2 years now & love it.

I have owned PES products for some 6 years now and It is absolutley fantastic --- the best orgasms in your life --- but it takes time to learn your own body and likes and dislikes --- remember that the controller has 4 controls --- and in time you will find the best one for you.

Just as a comparison I have a casual affair (AS I AM mARRIED) with a woman that has a body to die for --- and she gives me great orgasms --- but not as intense as the PES.

I stim usually twice a week and the session can last from two minutes to two hours. I vary e-stim routines each sassion

I usually don't start simming unless I have about an hour. I usually start with an anal appliance to stimulate my prostate. Then I will add a mid ring and a base ring and utilize those with three wires. I'll vary the power, the pulse and the frequency, running them up and down to vary the action. then I'll usually move to my sparkler. that is wild when you insert the sparkler in your urethra with the coarse power around 4. As I insert it, it starts interacting with the other electrodes. I will generally have an HFO after about an hour.
My wife and I use it on each other and generally finish with conventional sex. It is really intimate inserting electrodes and having your partner control the "box". We find it really helps us communicate about what we are feeling.
