I think there should be a thread about the propper cleaning of one's toy.
(you would be amazed with how many people don't know how to clean their toys!)
I don't work for P.E.S so maybe they'll remake this thread, but from what I know as an adult novelty retailer--
you can use hot water and ordinary dish soap to clean toys. But don't use a soap that carries a scent. The chemicals used to give dish soap a smell can actually break down materials such as silicone and cyber skin. It's best to just play it safe and buy toy cleaner, but I know that (depending on product provider) a small bottle can easily go for $15 (I'm talkin' 32oz)
So if your toy is made out of silicone or pretty much anything expect the hard plastic, go with the ghetto dish soap cleaner ;D

Electrodes can be washed with soap and water, but do not soak or scrub. Make sure to wash off all fluids and rinse the Electrode thoroughly. Allow it to dry completely. You can use anti-bacterial soap or a 10% bleach/90% water mixed with dishsoap solution.

For disinfection, we recommend the use of Pjur Med-Clean Wipes or Spray (http://www.peselectro.com/pescontent/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=68_82&products_id=475). Med Clean is safe for use on the skin as well as the electrodes. It has an intensive antimicrobial effect against bacteria, fungal infections, and viruses such as Hepatitis B and HIV. Allow to dry completely before use.

Electrodes such as the Samurai and the Little Big Man are hard-wired and so cannot be submerged for cleaning. You can pass the shaft (Samurai) or ball (LBM) of these electrodes under running water to rinse off soap but be careful of their wiring when cleaning.

For the Samurai, it would be wise to cover the vibrator with a condom before use to make clean up easier if you are using The Samurai as a shared electrode.

We don't encourage the sharing of electrodes, especially the urethral or anal electrodes. It is recommended that each play partner have their own unique electrodes.
