Is this product safe to use with PES productions?
Aloe Vera Gel from Fruit of the Earth. It contains:Aloe Vera Gel, Water, Triethanolamine, Tocopheryl Acetate, Carbomer 940, Tetrasodium Edta, DMDM Hydantoin, Diazolidinyl Urea.

I wouldn't recommend this as a lubricant.

Can I use vitamin "E" oil in place of the lub...I seem to dry out too quickly with the lub.

Don't use Vitamin E oil. You can do one of two things:
Either use Olive Oil instead of water-based lube
Or
When using a water based lube, like ElectroLube, keep a small spray bottle of water handy and spritz the lubed area to refresh the lube because it is still there, simply drying out from the electricity.
Water-based lube gives better conductivity but dries out more easily. Olive oil doesn't dry out but other than keeping the area moist, it doesn't increase the conductivity of the skin.
