For starters, how do you know if a lube has silicone in it; is it listed on the contents in plain language or is it a specific compound name we have to look for?

Has anyone else found that the bendable wire in the electro flex plug rotates in the hole and pushes the end of the plug to the side (kind of a weird feeling! ;) )

On other stim sites I have seen electrodes used in a chain (think of a mid ring and a corona ring on one side of a channel (red) and an anal electrode on the other (black) and does PES make a cable that will do that (I looked but did not find one.) Does anyone else use this configuration?

Thanks for all the great input here! Anna, you are so very patient. It makes it easier to try out this area in my sexuality when you make others much more comfortable to try new things.

Thank you! :o

Silicone lubes are almost always labled as silicone lubes. But ingredients to look for are dimethicone, Dimethiconol, & Cyclomethicone. Those tend to be the most common silicone lube ingredients. You simply want to read the packaging and look for lubes that say 'water-based'. Avoid lubes that use silicone as well as avoiding lubes that are petroleum based, like vasoline.

The best lubes to use with electro stimulation are those that say 'water-based' but you can also use olive oil. Do not use mineral oils like baby oil and don't use body lotion either as it has a lot of ingredients that may not be toy friendly as well as not being intended for insertion.

The ElectroFlex issue I have heard mentioned but not often. I suppose it has a lot to do with people's individual anatomy.

With the PES box, that kind of lead wouldn't be needed as the channels are shared. To get that effect with our box, you'd just use both sets of leads using both channels. I have not seen the type of connection you describe otherwise. I suspect someone made them for themselves that was handy with wires.

Later!
