unable to start a new thread

I have attempted to start a new thread on multiple occasions. It doesn't work.

I have attempted to start a new thread on multiple occasions. It doesn't work.

The forum is moderated. No posts will show up until I or another moderator approve them. I try to visit at least once a day but sometimes, on weekends, I don't spend a lot of time online and so weekend posts might not be approved until Monday.
