A and B channels on PES box

Anna; I just finally decided to try using both channels at once, but they don't seem to have the same power. When I turn up the power, channel B is not noticible, but by itself, it works, but it has to been turned higher than channel A by itself. Am i missing something?

that is one of my questions too. Does using both channels drain down the power of one channel alone and make it feel like it is not working as well.
