I've had 7 spinal surgeries. I have rods and pins from my pelvis to my chest area. Have basically no feelings at all and at times find it difficult to get an erection. Boy it absolutely sucks! I am now trying to acceive an orgasm from Estim. Also am findng it frustrating to get the right combination. Any ideas most welcome!
