In the first images, you see the Testicle Tubular configured in the traditional 'figure-8' style that we have featured for years. Basically shown used horizontally to separate the testicles.

In the second images, you see the Testicle Tubular configured vertically and looped around the base of the shaft and then the second loop around the top of the scrotum. This configuration makes the Electrode easier to use for men who's scrotum isn't loose enough for the traditional configuration.
