In regards to prostate stimulation, I will not be enjoying that aspect of life after March 13th 2009. I have been very fortunate to have had an annual PSA test and through it prostate cancer was found very early. The prostate will be removed and I will be just fine.

So guys, take care of things, get a yearly physical and please make sure your PSA is checked!

We are very sorry to hear that you're going to have to go under the knife but we are happy to hear that they caught it early. Having lost a number of family members to cancer, I'm happy to hear the stories when the check ups work and things are caught when they are still fairly treatable.

I know the anxiety you are going thru. Been there! Had DiVinci surgery 18months ago for prostate cancer. Normal 3hr surgery took 5 hrs due to blood vessels and nerves attached to prostate and uretha. So now, erections are ~80% without little pills and some mild stress incontenency. That is why I'm here doing research and would love to hear from anyone that can give some guidance.
I've heard that muscular stimulation of the pelvic floor muscles will help with the leaking by making them stronger. I thinking of stiming that area.

Any help herefrom other members?

I would also like some info for the same reasons where and how would you place pads for pelvic floor stim i lost my prostate also 2yrs ago all is clear also had a penile inser3 piece device so erections are a non issue but leaking IS i also REALLY miss not being able to cumm please Anna PLEASE post about pelvic floor pad placement thanks thighslapper

I have to be honest, I'm not sure what placement would work with the pads. What electrodes have you tried besides pads?

I suspect what you need to be doing are kegel exercises. I'm not completely sure what exact exercises men would need to do but I'm sure if you look up kegels you can find a site that gives advice on what exercises you need to be doing. Being a woman, I know what muscles I'm exercising when I do kegels but I'm far from an expert on it from a male standpoint.

I had brachytherapy treatment for prostate cancer in 2006. Because of dramatic shrinkage of prostate scar tissue, I had a TUNA (trans-urethral needle ablation) to reduce squeezing on urethra in 2009. I was generally uncomfortable 24/7 prior to this. Then my spouse of 38 years passed away. I'm hoping the assortment of 'trodes will give me some life back and save what little sexual function remains. Parcel should arrive today.

Have you ever thought of making hollow, insertable electrodes? Seems like a great idea for unobstructed flow from "damaged areas". Of course cleaning would be a small challenge.

Had first estim session with corona and mid ring -- went to 10 , no HFO, but sure slept well afterward. Applying lube to appropriate areas right in adequate amount seems and is important. Have to use Levitra in accompaniement. Who cares? Felt good to not have abrasions.

Stretch: That you are able to still experience sexual gratification is the important thing, I think. And yes, I does make one feel alive. PES has a lot of social value and, in my book, this is one example.

Second estim session about one hour after taking 10mg Levitra led to a great buildup and an HFO -- WoW. Used base ring, mid-ring, and corona urethral amplifier with intraurethral rod pointing out to just let the gold ball do a little focusing. All occurred quite suddenly at a power setting of 10 using batteries. The ejaculation was retrograd and given the circumstances how can I complain. At least I can have a good "O"!!
