Aside from the obvious answer, what is the differences in the sizes for the anal plugs (acrylic or rubber). Does the inch or two make a difference? Does one work better than another?

Well, we chose to make our Electro-Flex Plugs in the two most popular of the Acrylic sizes. After all, the Electro-Flex is considerably more expensive to manufacture and we wouldn't have wanted to be stuck with sizes no one buys. :D

I think that there are members who will tell you that the inch or two does make a difference. Don't let your eyes be bigger than your......well I'm sure you understand what I'm trying to say. It's kind of like thinking that Stanley isn't that large and then getting him and realizing that he is enormous and that you actually can't handle anything larger than the 1" x 4".

It really has to do with what your body can handle. The anal sphincter can be torn and permenantly damaged so you don't want to buy something you simply cannot stretch for.

I would recommend looking at the plugs you already own that are not electrical and compare what you can take and what you can't. Or start with the smallest one if you aren't sure and if you want more, step up to the next size.

Just remember to use lots and lots and lots of lube, take it slow and relax, relax, relax.......we don't want you to hurt yourself.

Now as to differences between Acrylic and Electro-Flex (which is silicone), the sizes are basically the same between the 1 x 4 and the 1 1/2 x 6. Their individual profiles might be slightly different but the sizes are essentially the same.

In terms of function, the Acrylic are best if you want to get the dramatic in and out ghost fucking effect because it has the two equal length conductive strips and gives this effect more visibly with the right settings on your power box.

The Electro-Flex are the better choice if you want to use your plug for a variety of effects. It can be bent for prostate stimulation, it can be used with other electrodes more effectively since it can be used to focus on the prostate, or by itself you can create a strong prostate contact and stimulate the sphincter at the same time. The Acrylic don't bend, so the prostate contact isn't as direct.

As for the single vs double in the Electro Flex, I'd recommend the double for the variety but if you get the right second electrode, the single would be primarily focused prostate stimulation but with a larger surface area and obviously the weight and heft of an anal plug as an alternative to the less intrusive Prostate Stimulator. To use it effectively, you'd need the widest of the single pole Electro-Flex Penile Rings or the Tubular Base Ring or Testicle Tubular to balance it out or the surface area will diffuse the sensation too much.

You could also buy two single pole Electro Flex and use them on a woman, one vaginally bent to focus on G-Spot stim and one anally to complete and balance the circuit. You'd probably bend it toward the front of the body to get the sensation felt on the other side of the rectal wall since women don't have a prostate but the anal to vaginal sensation it'd deliver would be very pleasurable.

I hope this helps.

Later!
