My legs improved. I was so suprised. We take walks when the weather is good and it has helped my legs and sore feet to get better. Working and sitting is not good so walking is one way to improve the health of the legs obviously.
But I have lately used my GYMform older unit with one stick on at the rear of the balls and one stickon near the bottom of the rod at the rear or in front.
With both locations I get good pulsation. Last night I used the rear possition and used it for a longer time with strong pulsation - a few hours. Well taking a walk today I notices my legs were operating perfectly and so was my feet. The best improvement in a long time.
I am thinking that the pulsations caused an improved circulation over all even though the main circulation would have been at the crotch area alone. Well I am reporting my observation jsut in case others have notised a larger effect for the crotch and the legs. I am please with the results if I know only can understand it as well. Regards N3RF
