Yes you are correct I have a Titanium rod implanted behind the corona. I use to have 3 on each side but took them out.

I wouldn't recommend the Deep Throats for anyone who does not have experience with urethral play already. The Big Jim portion of the Deep Throat is 1/4" in diameter. It is definitely for those a little more advanced in terms of play. Especially if you've never even used sounds.

For someone curious to feel something there, but inexperienced I would recommend trying the Corona with Urethral Amplifier first. It is only 1/8" in diameter, doesn't go in very far thus reducing risk of infection, and is fairly easy to use.

I'll leave the answer of how the deep throat feels up to the boys since I don't have those bits. ;)
