Typically, if you have genital piercings, we just recommend avoiding the direct application of electro stimulation in the area of the piercings.

In other words, don't use them as electrodes or apply an electrode directly to the piercings.

I have a PA and generally wear a 2g ring. I have had no problems with my favorite electordes, Big Jim and Big Boy Sparkler used as urethral insertion eletrodes (not at the same time). As Anna stated, do not connect to the jewelry and you should not have any problems.
