That is the extra tubing from the Testicle Tubular. When you tighten it, you have some length left over. You can trim this if you wish but you want to be very careful not to trim off too much.

I have wanted to try this but worry about inserting any contamination. How do you keep it clean? Wich is better for the beginer the 1/8" or just go to the 1/4" for the "Big Jim" deep throat? ;)

Have you done any urethral play before without electricity? I do not recommend urethral electro stimulation for beginners to urethral play. You need to know how to safely do urethral play or 'sound' play without electricity before moving onto electrical urethral inserts.

As for contamination, keeping the toy for personal use, making sure to properly clean and disinfect it, having the right lubricant as well as making sure your hands are clean, all play a role in safe urethral play.

Most beginner's shouldn't try the larger insert. They should try the 1/8" since it won't stretch them as much. The 1/4" is more for those who are experienced in 'sound' play and have worked at stretching their urethra.

Anna, have I ruined mt Testicle Tubular? Here you've said it could be trimmed. I tried removing the end from the purple adjustment end, and it snapped off.

I may be ignorant but... can somebody please tell me; is it not harmfull to squeeze the testicles as much as this??
I am not critisizing, I really like the pain, but I am worried to try this...
