I have a couple of these plugs and absolutely love them. But I'm having a problem where they are not conducting or producing sensations any more. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem??
Thank you for any help you can give me. . .

What lubricant are you using on the plugs?
These plugs are pretty impervious to damage and typically the only things that may cause them to cease functioning properly is using the wrong lubricant or to have the snaps come off the bottom (which is pretty difficult to do since they are molded into the plug).
Is it a single pole or double pole plug? What other electrodes are you using in circuit with it? How have you tested them to check their conductivity?
I'm sure we can figure this out.

Its a double pole plug. I was using regular K-Y jelly. I did purchase some Spectra Lube and tried that and still no sensations. The snaps/buttons on the bottom look to be in good shape. I've used the PES leads and also the snap connecters with the banana plug -- which all work with other attachments. The box I replaced the battery and it works with the other attachments -- just not this one.

So when using the plug by itself, there is no sensation at all? Have you tested it by connecting the wires and holding it in your hand?
Do you use other lubricants on the other party for insertion of other anal items prior to electro-play? Is there any way that a silicone based lubricant has come in regular contact with your electrodes?

That is definitely a possiblity -- regarding the lube. While I don't use silicone lube on electric toys I do put all my toys to clean in one tub -- which could have gotten on this toy. If silicone lube did get on it is there any way I can fix it??

Unfortunately, no. Silicone is a pretty durable product, but it has one problem. Silicone bonds to silicone. So when a silicone lubricant is applied to a silicone product, the silicone lubricant bonds to the silicone product. On a non-conductive toy, this will breakdown its smooth solid exterior. With a conductive product, such as the PES Electro-Flex, it will eventually completely insulate the conductive portions and there is no way to remove it. The damage is permentant.
Contact me off board to discuss replacement options.

Thank you so much for all your help! I'm glad to finally have figured out what was going wrong. I was just beating my head against the wall and getting frustrated!! I enjoy and use these toys so much and love the reactions I get when I play with them. They are just simply the best accessories for e-stim play.
