I think that used in moderation and with proper safety precautions, you aren't likely to experience nerve damage or loss of ability to orgasm through use of electro stimulation.

Frequency of orgasms really depends on the individual user. As to length of time between uses, I typically recommend using the electro stimulation no more then a few times a week, even just once a week and for no more then an hour or a little more at a time.
